This is a typical example day. There will be changes and adjustments depending on the nature of the activities, weather constrains (ie. pollution) or due to the group inspiration.

* Midway through the activity cessions, take place a 20 minutes break snack period.
It is recommended to leave at the Institution des Collines one or two swimsuits and/or swim diapers, towels and sunscreen permanently. The wet cloths will be return home after school.
We also recommend to leave one or two sets of comfortable cloths (t-shirt, shorts and socks) along with a pair of sport shoes.
